The year is 1930. The stock market has just crashed.

Max and Paul are trying to keep their architecture company afloat. They finally land a job building a new police retirement home, but they get a little confused and accidentally hired the mob as their… contractors.

With the "help" of their dizzy secretary, Trixie, they may never get the project done, but they are most definitely building madness.
